Do you offer nationwide delivery for your cakes?
While we offer nationwide shipping for our cookies, recipe books, and select gift sets, our fresh layer cakes and cupcakes are currently only available for hand-delivery within London postcodes or for collection from our Belgravia and Chelsea parlours to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Can I place a custom order for a special occasion?
Absolutely. We specialize in bespoke cakes for weddings, birthdays, and events. We recommend placing custom orders at least 7 to 14 days in advance. You can contact our Celebration Cake team via our website contact form for a personalized consultation.
Do you provide vegan or gluten-free options?
Yes, we strive to be inclusive. We offer a curated selection of vegan and low-gluten cupcakes and cake slices daily. Please note that while we take every precaution, all our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat, nuts, and dairy.
How should I store my Peggy Porschen cakes?
To enjoy our cakes at their best, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place. If refrigerated, please allow the cake to come to room temperature for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure the sponge and buttercream are perfectly soft.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or damage during transit, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence so we can resolve it for you.
Do I need a reservation to visit the Belgravia Parlour?
While we do accept walk-ins for coffee and cake, we highly recommend booking a table in advance for our Afternoon Tea service, especially on weekends, to avoid disappointment.
