We strive for perfection in every bake and ask that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt to ensure complete satisfaction.

    To help us resolve the matter quickly, please include clear photographs of the product and the packaging if there is visible damage.

    Our pastry team will review your claim and, if verified, will authorize a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

    Once your claim is processed, we will advise whether the item should be disposed of or if we will arrange a collection for quality control purposes.
