The guide should be checked carefully and regularly should have any concerns.
CAKE CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Please transfer your cupcakes into the fridge as soon as possible. For maximum flavour and a soft, moist texture, we recommend removing the cupcakes 20 to 30 minutes in advance (subject to room temperature). If your cake sponge still appears hard, this means that it hasn’t reached normal room temperature, so just leave it out for a little longer. For more details, check our Cake Care Instruction page.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS: if you wish to cancel or make any changes to your cake order, we require the following notice period before collection:
- For cupcakes and 6 inch layer cakes: 48 hours (by noon)
- For 8-inch and 2 tier cakes: 72 hours (by noon)
- Personalised plaques: 24 hours (by noon)
